TERMS OF SALE

•  All bookings are non-refundable (unless session cancelled) and non- exchangeable. You must ensure you have your bookings downloaded and available to scan on arrival. No booking reference means no admission to your session. Please ensure to check all email folders, including junk, to make sure you have received your ticket. It is your responsibility to ensure you have a valid booking reference before the event. Please always check purchases
  as mistakes can not be rectified later.
•  We reserve the right to amend dates and programmes of sessions due to circumstances beyond our control and are not liable for any refunds or exchanges in this instance.
•  We do not offer refunds or exchanges on bookings except in exceptional circumstances and cancellation of session. We can not be held liable for any loss, damage or theft of bookings.
•  If a session is cancelled, you will be offered tickets at a rescheduled event up to the face value of the booking or, if you are unable to attend the rescheduled
  session or the session is not rescheduled, a refund of the face value of the booking.
•  Any liability on our part is restricted to the face value of the booking purchased and does not include any ancillary costs such as hotels or travel.
•  It is your responsibility to check the status of a session and any cancellations/postponements.
•  If you are unable to make your intended session then we may be able to switch to an alternative date for you although this is not guaranteed. Please message us on xxxx and allow at least 24 hours’ notice.
